Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property. Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.



Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

Note: We have a NO-PETS policy, we'll appreciate your kind understanding. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $25 per person, per night.

Spacious house in a great location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this house. It was comfortable and spacious inside with an upgraded kitchen and comfortable beds. It was lovely to have citrus trees in the front and back yard. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and stores in Sunnyvale. We would happily stay here again.

Overall cleanliness was very poor, and the property has a gnat or fruit fly infestation issue, which the management company had to have known. I would never recommend this property. For the amount that I was charged, I was definitely take advantage of.
