This is not a hotel

I made this reservation thinking it was an extended stay hotel. I have done this in other cities and they have actually been national chains. This is not. This is an apartment complex with an office. Everything in the room is cheaply made... the towels are threadbare, the carpet is cheap, their are no toiltries except one small bar of soap when you check in. The kitchen had one fork and one knife in the drawer and the ice maker didn't work. The bathroom floor has hair and dirt around and behind the toilet. The daytime front desk person had no personality and was obviously not interested in making my stay better. On the positive side, the evening check in clerk was very helpful. He was one of the only good things. And the location is very convenient and I did feel safe staying here.

Probably the worst option in the area.

It’s the Sonestra Extended Stay in Dublin. Check in was listed at 3:00pm, we arrived at 3:45 and was told the room would not be ready for another hour. When we got to the room, the door was open, and there was dirt, leaves, and debris all over the carpet, as well as multiple huge stains. The furniture, walls, and appliances were in really rough shape. When we brought the issues to the attention of the front desk worker, she told us we wouldn’t be charged for any cleanup, but there weren’t any other rooms available. I could not possibly recommend this place to anybody.
