The spacious deck includes both open and covered areas for sun-soaked lounging or shady afternoon relief. A convenient outdoor shower provides a place to rinse off after trips to the beach.

Guests will enjoy private en suite access to a full bathroom complete with an enclosed shower and a deep soaking tub. A beautiful electric piano in the guest room awaits any musicians in the group.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Pelican Point is the Perfect Getaway

Pelican Point was the perfect house for my wife and I. Cozy and clean, the view from the front porch was absolutely amazing. 1 minute walk to beach, no complaints whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Pelican Point and will rent again if available.

Comfy home with beautiful view

The house was so clean and comfy! Unobstructed view and easy walk over to a quiet beach. Very nice. Great restaurant in walking distance and nice quiet neighborhood behind house for morning walks. Hope to return one day.

Lovely Vacation house

The house was easy to find, located across the street from the Gulf. It had an unobstructed view of the water and easy access to the beach. The house itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was well set up and lovely. We will stay there again.

Great spot!
