Welcome home! We are excited to have you stay and relax in this well appointed, three bedroom, two bathroom home complete with private pool and sun deck. My husband and I have been hosting guests for over 11 years. This is our most recent property, conveniently located off major roadways, nestled in the back of a private community. While we rent this property out often, we stay their frequently and enjoy tending to the garden when there. We hope you enjoy the tranquil environment as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
This is a new construction community that we located a few years back. We patiently waited for our home to be built as many did and could not be happy for its completion. The home is located in a local middle class community. Many of our neighbors are also our friends.
What makes this property unique
We have spent the past few years making the home yours and ours. My husband is an avid gardeners with a love for palms, heliconias, and tropical plants throughout. We had a refreshing pool built with fun waterfall and sun deck to get some color. Due to Puerto Rico's fragile electrical grid we also have a full backup system including solar panes, Tesla battery backup, and cistern. So regardless of what happens, you will still be able to enjoy your vacation!
