The worst experience of my life.
This was the worst experience we have ever had with a rental on any rental website. We arrived to the property late at night, which we had arrived prior with the property manager. She informed us we would receive check-in information the evening of arrival - this was a LIE, never received. The property was not marked, hard to find from the road, and it was not quite clear if you were in the right spot. Then upon arrival & attempting to contact anyone for our booked stay, we were greeted with cages full of barking/aggressive dogs. We could see the yurts on the 'pond', so it appeared to be the correct location. We were still attempting to contact anyone about which yurt we were to stay in, as there were multiple little yurts extremely close to one another (something else not in the description). It's 12am at this point, after multiple failed attempts to the property owners, management, etc. + no cell service + the sketchiest looking compound ever, with barking cages of dogs + another building that looks like it's full of people (multiple cars, etc.). We then knocked on all the doors of the yurts, which were also all unlocked & all occupied with other guests/humans. This was extremely uncomfortable & felt very unsafe. Then, a person came out of the trailer house that was in the same compound - talked to us about the yurts, they didn't know anything helpful, & offered for us to sleep on their couch instead. We quickly left, & had to drive 5 hours home through the night. -1000/5
