A window A/C unit in the living area and fans in each room help keep things cool in summer, while a private balcony invites you to take in the fresh mountain air. With a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, this condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Additional perks include access to a year-round pool, hot tub, sauna, small fitness suite, ski/bike storage, and secure underground parking.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:
* This unit has one window A/C in the living room area. We supply one fan per bedroom.
* The common area pool & hot tub is available for guests to use at their own discretion. We appreciate your understanding should these facilities close on short notice due to maintenance or health & safety.
* No events, parties, or large groups.
* No smoking
Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided. NO GROUPS.
Whistler is pet friendly and so is 307 Marquise. One, well behaved dog under 50Ibs is welcomed. If bringing a dog, this must be discussed and approved prior to booking. Kindly note that there is an additional $30/night pet fee for their stay. Sorry, but unfortunately, we are unable to accept cats.
All rates are subject to a 5% GST, 8% PST, 3% hotel tax & 7% booking fee.

Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $500. The credit card may be charged up to $500 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.
