This spacious home sits on three acres of land in a peaceful setting where you can take in views of the mountains and water. Enjoy a CARC Membership with access to a pool, hot tubs, and gym area.

Inside, the home has a warm and inviting atmosphere. High ceilings and plenty of windows allow the space to feel bright and airy. The open floor plan promotes togetherness. Though, when looking for a quiet moment to yourself, escape to the deck to take in the views, or relax in one of the well-appointed bedrooms.

The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, and a breakfast bar. After dining together at the large table, retire to the living room to get cozy and watch a movie together. Or, take to the deck to enjoy a dip in the hot tub.

Other highlights include a washer/dryer, jetted tub in the primary bedroom, spacious loft that provides an additional sleeping space, and ping pong.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
