New Modern Cabin in Lower Valley of the Sun - Fairplay

Secluded cabin in easy-to-get to lower Valley of the Sun. The cabin in brand new and designed with modern amenities. From heated bathroom floors to warm your toes and a large southern facing deck, this chalet is a great place to spend your mountain vacation.

Bedroom one has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and large shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed and is next to the second full bathroom. The sleeping loft has a queen bed, full bed, and office space with sit/stand desk with a view. A large washer and dryer is available in the unfinished basement to accommodate longer stays.

The kitchen is nicely appointed for most cooking enthusiasts and a propane grill is located on the deck. The kitchen includes a crock-pot, waffle-maker, and a variety of baking essentials. Most spices are also provided. Water is supplied through a great well and is very safe to drink from the faucet.

The cabin is in the lower part of Valley of the Sun, which means its closer to the highway, and less time bouncing on rocky roads. There is a high-speed electric vehicle charger that is available to charge your EV.

Wow!

Wow! This cabin was beautifully decorated and designed with everything you could possibly need except your clothes. I stayed here with my husband for 6 nights and wished I could have stayed longer. The location felt so remote and peaceful but isn't far from the highway and very convenient for hiking, restaurants and entertainment. I hope to be back next summer to have a nice relaxing break in the beautiful mountains.

Tranquility in the Pines

We loved our stay at this property. It was exactly as described. It’s new. The owner was readily available to answer questions. It feels very isolated but it’s fairly close to Fairplay. We loved looking at the mountains and trees while reading or just chilling out. Wonderful place. We will definitely be back!

Valley of the Sun Stay

What a beautiful property! The views across the valley to multiple Colorado 14ers was amazing. The property was easy to access and described wonderfully. The south facing windows and deck were great for relaxing in the sun and enjoying a peaceful day in the mountains. We even had a moose wander by! Amenities were up to date and everything worked great. The property was clean, well maintained, and comfortable as well. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in the area.

Wonderful modern cabin

Great location that feels secluded but is also a quick drive into town. The space was perfect for our family and the kids loved playing outside. Great views and super clean. The host was very responsive and check in and check out were easy.
