Single story, beautifully furnished three bedroom home with flexible lease length! Visiting Bend for a temporary job contract, traveling while working remote, or looking for your permanent dream home? Look no further! This home can be your comfortable oasis, either short or long-term!
This home is located in Bend's desired Midtown neighborhood, a stone's throw from 16 acre Hollinshead Park and easy access to restaurants, shopping, and Hwy 97. Just a 6 minute drive to the heart of Downtown Bend!
The space
Enjoy the open great room which is a welcoming space to entertain guests or unwind after a long day exploring Central Oregon. Relax on the leather sofa in front of the gas fireplace or take advantage of the fully-equipped farmhouse kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas range.
Each bedroom is set up with a comfortable bed and quality linens. The primary bedroom is spacious enough for a king-size bed and includes an attached bath complete with double vanity, large closet and separate shower. Guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has a full-size bed with a twin trundle.
Don't worry, there is plenty of room for storage with the expansive garage. Hide dusty shoes and clothes in the attached mud/laundry room, no need to bring the outside in!
