Large ~2300 square foot home. There are 2 levels of living area. The main floor has the living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, back yard and half bath. The top floor has 4 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
(The ground floor is a garage currently used as owner storage.)
There are NOT stores or many public transportation options within walking distance. It's located up on a hill with lovely views, very clean quiet neighborhood, plenty of street parking. Not ideal if you don't have a car. Glen Park Bart is close, but it is a big hill to walk back up from Bart.
The home was completely remodeled in 2020. Gorgeous kitchen with high-end induction stove (everyone LOVES cooking on this stove!) and marble counters. Formal dining room, 2 living rooms, 4 good size bedrooms, 2 full baths upstairs with bedrooms, half bath on main floor.
Families are preferred.
