Unusual floor plan in this Villa nestled among Pine trees and Eucalyptus, on ancient Sand dunes not that far from the bohemian small town known as La Barra. We are only 15 minute away from Punta del Este, yet the city sounds do not reach us! Walking distance from surfers beaches, surrounded by nature and birds. The property sits on 4000 square meters and it is distributed in 4 buildings. Three are made of bedrooms with private bathrooms and one is the main Kitchen/living room/dinning room and more ! Its a one of a kind villa , for sure.
