Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the house, the well-equipped kitchen, and the location.
Regarding the pool, those days coincided with public holidays in Punta del Este, and we experienced unusually heavy rainfall, which affected the water conditions. The pool maintenance provider required an additional day to fully restore it to proper standards.
We regret that this impacted part of your stay and appreciate your understanding.
