The space
This is a place for dreamers to reset, reflect, and create. Designed with a 'slow' pace in mind, our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay; from making local coffee by drip in the morning, lighting a candle while soaking in the tub, or strolling around the bike paths. You can adventure while renewing.

Welcome to House of Manuel! This home was built in 1920's. Surrounded by large pines, you are walking distance to beautiful views of the flatirons and hundreds of miles of hiking.

This is a guest suite. There is one large room above the garage that includes a King Bed, Twin Bed, optional full air mattress, and kitchenette. There is a full bathroom attached to this room. You will be welcomed with an entrance through the garage that leads you to a private entrance to the suite. This works well for a group of friends, two couples, or small families.
Guest access
While you're staying here, the suite will be your private oasis. You will have a keyless entry to come and go as you need. Feel free to explore the yard (we are on .6 acres), and say "hello" to our children that may be swinging on the front tree or the porch swing.
Other things to note
All the parking on the street is free. We have a reserved spot for you right in front of our mailbox.

You will enter through the garage, this is a common space. Feel free to pass right through or if we are in there, say “hello.”

We love people and would love to hear your story as you pass through House of Manuel.

Nice place for solo trip
With my plan to take a few days and head to Boulder to be outdoors most of the time hiking biking etc this was a great spot to have. It’s right along the bike path and the owners gave me access to bikes. The weather didn’t cooperate to use the bikes other than one day. It’s also not a bad walk to the downtown area or other areas for hiking and such. . I walk a lot so it was fine for me. I met the family and their beautiful Bernese dog. Super nice family and very accommodating to their guests. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to land after enjoying the many outdoor things the area has to offer.

Lovely bungalow for a quick trip
The locations is beautiful, roomy and affordable — and exactly what we needed for a quick trip to Boulder for our daughter’s awards ceremony at University of Colorado-Boulder. In our case, we knew we wouldn’t be spending too much time there because we had so many things to do. So the lack of a kitchen was not a problem. There is a coffee maker, hot plate, microwave and mini-fridge for your necessities some of which we used for snacks and beverages. Lots of stairs to get to as it is above a garage. So if stairs aren’t your thing, I would avoid this location. We loved it and would stay there again.
