Great base for a multi-generational family wedding trip

Worked really well for our family attending a wedding nearby. Main level without stairs was great for grandma, and plenty of bedrooms for the whole crew. Quiet neighborhood.

Great stay at the Kirkland Oasis

My family had a great time at Shaun's lovely home on Lake Washington. The home has several bedrooms (7) so plenty of room for a large group and was perfect for our family reunion. There is a nice deck that looks out to the lake and was great for evening dinners. The lower level had its own patio that led out to a private backyard. From the backyard you can walk down a path to a great walking trail. We hiked to Kirkland on the trail. Some of our family brought bikes and biked on the trail almost to Bothel. Shaun was a wonderful host, he gave us his contact information in case there were any issues and even let us check in early. Great place for a large gathering.

Perfect house for a family gathering

We were a large group of family from all over the country gathering for a wedding. This house mer all of our needs and was in a great location with easy access to all areas around Seattle. The check in process was easy with quick feedback from the owner. A huge house with a beautiful Back porch and incredible views. We were appreciative of the coffee provided and access to the washer and dryer. Highly recommend for a large group!

What makes this property unique

This home has been completely remodeled with new paint, flooring, trim, lighting, fixtures and a lot more. All rooms have have been designed to compliment the beautiful views, sunlight and general vacation-like feeling we want our guests to experience.

The Cross Kirkland Corridor walking / biking trail is accessible from the homes backyard. This provides easy access to the G campus, downtown Kirkland beaches, restaurants / bars and much more.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. All beds are memory foam full/queen size mattresses. Full laundry room (washer/dryer) provided.

You can enjoy our spacious deck with amazing sunset views that mesmerize each evening.
