This one-of-a-kind spacious newly remodeled with a massive up to 4,500+ sq ft gorgeous living space, has been lovingly renovated with all modern comforts and conveniences including steam shower and high-end stainless Viking appliances, rec-area and billiard hall. Nestled in Seattle's highly desirable Green Lake residential neighborhood, you are less than a block away from lakeside fun and activities. Perfect setting for weddings, reunions, and family getaways. Fantastic walking score of 96 out of 100!

RELAX & ENTERTAIN
This four-level home is perfect for large or intimate gatherings. You'll be swept away by the continuous open floor plan as the living-dining areas flow into a beautiful gourmet kitchen and extends outward through french double doors opening to an expansive wooden deck and a lush secluded fenced-in backyard. This open spaciousness is further accented by large windows wrapping the entire length of the home, bathing everything in warm natural light. Comfortable leather furniture and hardwood floors throughout too. CELE-CATIONS: For an additional fee, you may have gatherings with family and friends to celebrate special events, please inquire. The lower level Optional Apartment Suite is additional fee.

Indulge your culinary senses! With a chef’s level equipment, you’ll have everything you need to whip up your favorite recipes including a six-burner gas stove, blender, panini grill, rice cooker, and more. Our gourmet kitchen has large entertaining spaces with a stainless countertop island cart and a pub-height granite table for four. In addition, gas and charcoal grills are available for those great home-cooked meals.

Bagley Place is flexible to fit any group whether large or small; the home may be configured from two to six bedrooms as needed in the main house. Please let us know how many beds you require when making your reservation request.

LARGE ROOMS FOR BIGGER GATHERINGS
Bagley Place main house (main and 2nd levels) offers six spacious bedrooms and four full-size baths. All bedrooms feature queen beds with quality pillowtop mattresses, comfortable beddings, sitting area, large dresser and/or closet with organizers. Online pricing is based on main house; bedrooms are based on double occupancy. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay. Any additional person must be approved in advance and will be subject to a fee of $30 per person, per night.

For larger gatherings, you may expand your accommodation by adding the Optional Apartment Suite in the lower level, which includes two extra bedrooms, a sixth shower bath and another Lounge with a fold-out full-size sofa and a kitchenette/bar for additional fee, please inquire. This flexibility allows Bagley Place to easily accommodate up to 18 guests. That’s eight bedrooms and six bathrooms total! (Bonus! Billiard hall is included with full eight-bedroom rental.) Please note: Peak season and major holidays require full house rental.

OPTIONAL HUGE GAMES REC ROOM
Located on the Top (3rd) Level featuring kids play area, games table, foosball table and a supreme 65" flat screen! Bonus: The optional Games Rec Room is included with six bedrooms rental, otherwise there is an additional fee for any rentals with less than six bedrooms, please inquire for more details.

OPTIONAL APARTMENT SUITE
Located in the Lower Level, featuring 7th & 8th bedrooms, sixth bathroom, lounge with a kitchenette/bar, 50" flat screen, for additional fee. Please inquire for more details.

Bagley Place can be rented as follows:
• Main house only, as lodging rate shown online with bedroom double occupancy (2 guests = 1 bedroom, 3-4 guests = 2 bedrooms, etc); if less than 2 guests, bedrooms will be assigned by host/owner starting on the main level and then rotating to upper level. Additional fee applies for Optional Apartment Suite.
We only rent to one group at a time so you do not share the property with anyone else.

RELAXING COURTYARD & INTIMATE BACKYARD
Bagley Place is beautifully landscaped for special intimacy and privacy. A beautiful trellis fence envelopes and encloses the entire property. Two three-tier fountains create a peaceful, restful setting at the center of urban fun. A flagstone courtyard welcomes travelers with handsomely designed iron outdoor dining and a cascading water fountain. In the secluded backyard, house guests can enjoy a huge wooden deck (30' by 15') plus a stone paver patio with a tall water fountain as well as a second tier deck (10'x10'). At the top of the terraced backyard is another patio (18'x14') and outdoor dining table for four and a furnished Billiards Hall, which is included with the full house rental of six bedrooms. Therefore, there are three outdoor tables to seat 20-plus guests and two BBQ grills (gas & charcoal), a perfect outdoor setting for any size gatherings.

QUALITY AMENITIES
Bagley Place features high-speed wireless internet access (wi-fi), free access to Netflix movies and a tankless water heating system for extra convenience. Complimentary shared washer and dryer, with iron and board. We also stock the home with board games for ages 1 to 99 and toddler toys. On street parking is free and readily available, plus parking pad off alley.

SAFETY DURING YOUR STAY
For your safety and protection of our property, we have a Ring door camera that is motion activated recording a snapshot video of any movement occuring in the front yard (typicaly about 5-7 seconds). Our security plan keeps the short video footage for about 90 days. Feel free to ck tact us with any questions.


CLOSE TO EVERYTHING
Quick, easy freeway and Metro bus access to your destinations--bus stop is less than one block away. Less than 10 minutes to Downtown, University of Washington, UW Hospital and Medical Center, Seattle Center, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Northgate Mall, Thornton Creek Imax/3D Cinemas, Woodland Park Zoo, Bathhouse Theater and Lake Union. Less than 20 minutes to Boeing in Everett and Microsoft Headquarters in Redmond. And within a quarter-mile for your easy convenience are four grocery stores (Safeway, Wholefoods, 2 Puget Sound Co-ops and QFC).
