This is a Three Units home. This unit is situated on the second Floor with one flight of stairs. On the First Floor we at times host guests with a separate entrance. The common area is the LOBBY/VESTIBULE. There is a long driveway that is sometimes shared with other guest. Street parking is always available in front of the property and is very safe.
