- Small soap and small shampoo/conditioner per bathroom

Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay

INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:
- We maintain the pool at 70°F when heat is not added. If you’d like it warmer, please request pool heat at least 48 hours before arrival. Pool heat to 82–85°F is available for $45/day or $270/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). Once activated, the system runs automatically from 6 AM to 10 PM and may take 12 to 24 hours to reach the set range. The stand alone hot tub is always heated and does not require purchasing pool heat. In weather below 55°F, the heater may not reach the set temperature; no refunds will be issued for weather-related performance. Safety protections may temporarily shut the heater off during extreme heat. Weekly Maintenance: The pool is serviced bi-weekly. The technician will enter through the side pool gate and will not disturb you. After rain, some debris may temporarily affect water clarity. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions!

- Guests are welcome to use the pellet grill and fire pit free of charge. Any wood pellets left onsite by previous guests are available for your use.

- Kid friendly! Complimentary children’s amenities; Pack N Play, stroller, highchair, and safety gate

- We provide free itinerary guides designed by locals for families or adults. You will be able to download them when you book with us.

- Dogs are allowed and must be authorized by the Host. No Cats or other animals. Pet Cleaning & Sanitation Fee added per pet.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

We rent in Florida most winters and this house is absolutely perfect for a family with kids any age. Our kids are older 15-19-21 and they loved the house. Clean, well stocked, good layout, large bedrooms and bathrooms. The best part is the backyard we spent most mornings and evenings out there. Hot tub is hot, pool is clean and the outdoor tv was a hit.

Amazing home near Disney

This house had everything we needed for a lovely week’s vacation at Disney. It’s a short 20 minute drive to Disney. Despite the cold weather we had, we thoroughly enjoyed the patio with the lovely heated pool, hot tub, fire fit, and TV. The host was super quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved this house- decor was also amazing! We hope to be back some day!

My family and I rented this for our family vacation this year. It was great. There was a couple of things that we had to ask manager about and they were very quick to respond and get what we needed. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great home

This home was perfect for our 2 families, 3 kids total all boys (6-10). The pool temperature was perfect as some days were a little chillier and the hot tub worked great! The boys loved all the themed rooms and really enjoyed the game room in the garage. Everything was clean and tons of supplies needed for cooking. Beds were comfortable as well. Best part was how close we were to the clubhouse!

Teen dream house!

House was perfect for our 4 night stay. We had 2 boys (age 15) that loved the house. We heard a lot of ooh and ahh and look at this! They loved having the upstairs living room to themselves and loved the Star Wars and Avatar decorated rooms. The pool and hot tub were a hit as well as having 2 xbox systems. They stayed up late every night having hfun in the house. Adults liked it too. It was clean and comfortable. Owners provided some kcups which was appreciated. Gated community wax easy to access as the guards gave us a pass to use during the stay. Only hard part was getting to the parks in the morning as traffic was crazy.

Orlando getaway

Check in was wonderful and the host was very communicative and easy to reach answering questions immediately in the VRBO app. Also gave other ways of communication if there were issues. We did have questions about the internet and a few other things the host quickly answered.The kitchen was very clean and easy to use. They provided start up kitchen cleaning supplies and some Keurig pods for the coffee maker. There were no other supplies in the kitchen however. Other than salt and pepper there are no spices, sugar or oils, Aluminum foil or plastic wrap. Just know you have to get all of that yourself. They were pretty clear about what was in the house cleaning wise. There is a BBQ outside that looks very new. It is a pellet BBQ and you have to go buy the pellets.The house was as advertised, beautiful good neighborhood and about 20- 30 min from Disney Parks. Felt very safe.
