Great Customer Service

The property is neat and clean and well organized staff. The second night of our stay, there was a water situation that resulted in no hot water in our room. The front desk staff were very apologetic and upgraded us to a different room. They checked on us to be sure all was acceptable in the new room and were so concerned that we were happy with our accommodations. It was a great place to stay.

The name was deceitful to begin with and the address was incorrect I was going in circles until I actually found the hotel. Secondly, the room was clean but didn’t smell great, It has a musty scent to it. The staff were nice, the breakfast was actually really good! Everything around the area closes very very early or their hours are incorrect on the website it was quite frustrating to find a place to dine. This location was about 45 min from GNP which was not that far out.
