✹ Please note that though the listing shows 2 bunk beds, there is only 1 bunk bed. Please be mindful that the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 lbs.

✹ Pets are NOT allowed on top of the furniture as the hair can be tough to remove. Please always clean up after your pet, including when you’re outdoors.

✹ No events, parties or large gatherings are permitted at any time.

✹ The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each booking.

✹ This property includes a pool/hot tub outside. Please understand that since the pool/hot tub is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the pool. Rest assured that we do pool/hot tub maintenance weekly and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the pool/hot tub after we have cleaned it. Our swimming pool/hot tub maintenance team will stop by once per week to clean the pool/hot tub and provide any necessary maintenance. They may stop by whenever you are at the property. Please understand this is necessary to maintain the pool/hot tub in good/healthy conditions for our guests. They will only be working outside and will not disturb you.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is a parking space inside the garage and on the driveway (around 4 cars fit). If more, you can park 1 more car on the street in front of the house. MAX 5 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.
