Fun girls trip

Portofino Tower 1 suite 2003

We would stay again. Check-in was easy, but pay attention to date of check-out. Activities and services were offered at check-in. Getting bags up to suite was a breeze. Main patio doors to patio let in beautiful natural light with Gulf view. Master doors to patio had same views. Suite was neat and clean upon arrival. Resort had a bar at main pool and other activities on site. All the resort staff were very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was really relaxed, just what we needed. All goods and services could be charged to the suite. One glitch came when check-out came a day earlier than scheduled and we were locked out of suite. Problem was quickly rectified by staff. Check-out was done by text and receipt sent to email address.

Our condo was beautifully furnished, very clean and had spectacular views of the Gulf and bay. We would definitely stay there again!

Check before booking

I had no idea at the time of booking this condo that 2,500 teenagers would be overtaking the resort. It was a nightmare. They screamed in the hallways, pushed all the buttons on the elevators, the beach and the resort pool was packed! I was also unaware of the daily HOA fees and Folio fees until I received my bill at checkout. The shades in the second bedroom would not come down, which meant the guests in that room were unable to sleep past sunrise. I brought this attention to Vacasa multiple times as well as the resort and this issue was never addressed. I would not book through Vacasa again. They take your money and then you are in your own!
