Tower 4 is located conveniently next to the Life Center where guests will enjoy spa services, state of the art fitness center, as well as water sports. The private balcony with access from the living room, guest bedroom, and the master suite is perfect for sipping a morning cup of coffee or grilling with its private gas grill. There is an accessible master bathroom with grab bars in the shower, jacuzzi tub, and restroom areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need! The beach is just a short walk across the street.

Vacasa is awful. We enjoyed the unit.

We have stayed at Portofino numerous times and love the resort. This unit was beautifully decorated and great location (tower 4). The only downside was only having one remote. This was our first time using Vacasa to book. We called about have no tv service and they were supposed to call us back. Never received a return call. Also, my son thinks he left his baseball glove in the room. I called and they said they would have to charge me a $25 fee to go and check the room. I said, "I'm sure they have already cleaned the room, can you ask them?" She responded, "we still have to charge you the $25 processing fee!" This is in addition to the shipping fee ( I get the shipping fee). This is completely taking advantage of your guests. I hope your $25 fee is worth is not rebooking through you.

Poor experience all around. Never again.

I have to stay I was underwhelmed with the quality of the apartment/condo. There were a number of issues from the time I checked in. The front desk would not allow me to check in 1 hour early because Vacasa did not confirm that the unit was ready. I Called Vacasa for confirmation and was told I could not check in early because the condo was not ready. The person checking me in told me the key card was coded to allow me into the unit after 4:00pm. I decided to walk to the unit and check on status. When I got to the unit, I able to access the unit with my access card and the unit was ready. I do not understand why no one was honest with me and why all involved were determined to not allow me access the unit 1 hour early. No honesty from the start. Then there was the condition of the unit. This is my 4th time staying at Portofino and the unit the worst of the 4 stays. Too many deferred maintenance issues. Following is provided: 1. Food spatter on the lid of trash can 2. Artwork falling apart 3. Holes in living room ceiling 4. stains on all dining chair seat cushions and only 5 chairs cams 6 5. Dirty AC return vent 6. Patio seats in poor condition (Luxury?) 7. Holes in bedroom ceiling 8. Stained in living room ceiling 10. Missing knob in kitchen 11. Broken door footer pivot and door top roller out of track 12. In master bedroom, curtain rod separation from ceiling and curtain off the rail on one side and completely missing from other. 13. Master bedroom ceiling light has a short. Light flickers on and then shuts off. 14. The living room couch is in poor condition. All cushions have no form and frame work is breaking down. 15. In the bathroom over towel rod, there was blood splatter 16. Toaster and iron were not operational. This unit was not up to being considered a luxury unit. Well overpriced. Too many issues. I recommend this unit be rewalked and not re-rented until all items are repaired by owner. Jorge Jatib Sent from my iPhone
