Beautiful and roomy, well-furnished and well-maintained apartment. Ideally located for all that St. Pete and Gulfport have to offer.
Complete kitchen gives the option of eating in if you don't want to go out to the many excellent and nearby eating establishments. A short drive to the St Pete waterfront, and just slightly longer to the beaches.
Thanks for a great stay!

I’m glad you enjoyed your visit and you found our St. Petersburg property comfortable for your stay. We’d be happy to host you again.
Really enjoyed the weather being close to things. City was very dog friendly. Close to St Pete’s Beach.I was recovering from knee surgery so not able to do much physically. Close to stores & everything I needed. Dog park & water about 2 miles away. More than a few blocks & not walkable for me with knee replacement. Host was very helpful
The property is an older home turned into two apartments-very clean-shower is a challenge not to get the floor wet- the price per night was super reasonable-but you get what you pay for-I would have liked to know about all the stairs leading to the apartment- it was fine for us but might be difficult for some people.

Thank you for your response. We do strive to provide a clean property all the time. The stairs are mentioned in the description of the upstairs unit. It is one flight of straight stairs with a hand rail to the second floor apartment. By closing the shower curtains fully, the floor will stay dry.
Lovely place to stay, short Uber or scooter ride to downtown. When booked, the property was listed as pet friendly, which is necessary, as we had a medically needy pet. Two weeks before our reservation, I asked the owner about changing our reservation and she noted that pets are actually not allowed, although we had already paid a pet fee. The pet fee was later refunded. Other than that hiccup, the space was very nice and quaint. Perfect for what we needed it for. Communication with the owner was minimal though we did not need anything during our stay. The only other minor thing was that the water in the shower did not get very hot. We appreciate having the space to say.
