Only 12 minutes from the city center of Marrakech, "the Sunstone villa " is located in the private and secure golf residence "Argan golf resort". The construction of the villa was completed in August 2022, so you will be the first to enjoy its brand new furniture.

Housing:
The villa has 4 large bedrooms with king size double beds and quality semi-firm mattresses offering great comfort. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and a large dressing room. Three of them have a large terrace, and two of them offer the possibility of separating the beds.
The villa has several living spaces, a Moroccan living room to immerse yourself in the country's culture, a comfortable modern living room equipped with a 75-inch smart HD TV ideal for movie nights, as well as a cozy space to isolate and immerse yourself in a book with a cup of coffee in hand.
Finally, you will have at your disposal a large dining room in solid wood, located in front of a bay window overlooking the Garden for your dinners, and a very large modern kitchen very well equipped for cooking with family or friends.
The villa is equipped with high-speed wifi and a workspace can be arranged on request.

The property itself was absolutely beautiful and Hakim and his wife Mouna were perfect hosts. The food that was cooked for us was absolutely amazing and there was so much of it we were able to have it for dinner the night after!My sons and husband all made full use of the golf course too.We didn’t hire a car and the price of taxi’s to get out and about can add up. The service fromOur taxi driver was outstanding Would definitely recommend

Sunstone Villa, Marrakesh

We recently stayed at the stunning and impeccably clean Sunstone Villa on the Argan golf resort.Pros:• Stunning, very spacious, minimal designed Villa.• Excellent air conditioning in 44 degree heat• A safe and quiet location • No mosquitoes • The cooked meal on the first night was delicious and appreciated after a long day arriving there.• Paid for heating of pool was needed and appreciated ( I don’t think we would have coped without it)• The beds are so so comfortable, best sleep I’ve had in a long time.• Showers and water pressure is very good.Cons:• If you suffer with respiratory issues, the flights of stairs will be a problem, my healthy 17yr old son found them challenging. Although Hakim and Mouna have been investigating installing a lift in the central section of the stairwell, which would fix this.• The Kitchen is in the basement and this was the single biggest issue for all of us, again, Hakim and Mouna are looking to move the kitchen upstairs.•The heat is very dry here and if you suffer with anything respiratory related, you will be impacted.• Buying food from the supermarket Carrefour can be expensive.• Taxis are more expensive than in the UK. A 30 minute round trip for a takeaway cost 300 Durham (25.00). We didn’t go out much but still spent 240 on taxis.Hakim & MounaWe couldn’t wish to meet more humble and accommodating hosts, they are genuinely good people who go above and beyond to help.You will be in safe hands with Hakim and Mouna.

We offer various transport options to suit different needs and budgets, including regular taxis and private car services. – The stairs are an integral part of the villa’s architecture, which spans 750 m² of living space across four levels. The layout includes bright and spacious living areas, a cool garden-level kitchen and dining area, open lounges with pool access, four luxurious suites upstairs, and a panoramic rooftop terrace.
