Needs cleaning and wifi

This property is conveniently located, but it was in need of a deep clean. Within 30 minutes for arriving and taking their shoes off, my kids feet were black. There was mold growing in cups in the kitchen. The water was initially brown when it came out of the faucet, so I am not sure if this rental has just been sitting there. It was very frustrating as well because there was no internet, which left no TV because the TVs are all smart TVs, requiting internet. We ended up leaving after one night although we had two booked.

Disappointing

Where do I start? The house is nice but the communication and cleanliness is awful. Their was hair on my pillowcase and stains on the white sheets. There were stickers in the rugs. Food and dirt on the floor and window seals. Your feet turn black walking barefoot in the house. Also they will not text you if you can check in early, as we were instructed when I asked. We sat outside and waited until 4 for no reason. And the communication for customer service is horrific. We had an issue with the fridge and I had to reach out to multiple numbers though text, call, and email. One told me maintenance will arrive with no specific time frame at all. When I sent a text at 6:30 pm I kindly received a response at 1:20 in the morning (: And when I reached out to a 3rd number I was told I have the option to relocate which I wasn’t against. But by the time someone reached out to me about what my options were it was already late and we had the kids in pjs and about to go to bed. She was, however, kind enough to reimburse us $75 for the inconvenience. No one ever came by to fix the fridge but luckily I have a friend that lives in town that was able to help us out. I wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere Vacasa rents out mainly because of how dirty the home was. I’ve stayed in plenty of rental homes and this was by far the dirtiest.
