Spend a seaside holiday steps from the shores of Holmes Beach at this dreamy duplex style cottage. Ideally situated in the heart of Anna Maria Island, you'll be just a walk, bike, or golf cart ride away from sugar-white sands, great local restaurants, shops, bars, and art galleries. Additional perks include a sparkling private pool and deck loungers offering endless sun-soaked bliss. A gas grill and outdoor dining table set the stage for poolside barbecues. A convenient outdoor shower is also equipped for rinsing-off sandy feet and beach gear.

The bright, single-level interior comes furnished for family comfort, with an open-concept layout and home essentials including a full kitchen, central air-conditioning, and free WiFi. The living area welcomes comfortable downtime with plush sofas and a large, mounted TV for movie nights or casual daytime viewing. All three bedrooms are also equipped with a smart TV of their own for added guest convenience. Primary guests will enjoy private access to an en suite bathroom. A second full bathroom is shared between the two guest rooms.

THINGS TO KNOW
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 22 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our review!

In general we enjoyed the place! A few things that could have been better: The pool heater was not working nor was the filter. It was too cold to use even tho we had maintenance come multiple times. The back yard pavers and furniture was moldy due to the shade which could use some pressure washing. In addition the umbrella at the back table was broke which was frustrating and we had to use our beach umbrella. Also beach chairs would have been nice to have instead of having to rent. They cost us $275 for 4 chairs and an umbrella for 2 weeks. A few things were broke upon our arrival - a bed support board & a kitchen cabinet door but they were fixed quickly upon our notification. Love the location and everything else was to our satisfaction.

Great location, house could use some updates

We enjoyed our trip to AMI. The house was in a great location which is the most important thing to us but it needs some updates. Wifi is in and out making it impossible to do much online, the microwave died while we were there, the pool leaks and the heater on it is apparently broken, the shade over the glass sliding doors is also broken. That being said, if you are just there to enjoy the island and the beach, the location. Is great and the house was a good fit for our family of 6. We would stay there again but it would be nice if Vacasa (the management company) was more responsive when issues came up.

Great location and space

Very clean spacious property. We did call to get the tv and microwave fixed. Neither were worrying when we showed up. They said they were sending someone. Never got fixed. Beach chairs need updated too.
