These suite style rooms are designed for couples and solo travelers looking for a relaxing getaway to Bayfield. The Michigan Suite is a queen suite with a spacious bathroom and jacuzzi tub.

The Huron, Ontario, Michigan, and Erie Suites are hotel style suites designed for groups of two or solo travelers looking for a refreshing, quiet getaway. Overall great stay and location. Primary concerns were the sound proofing which felt more like a bed and breakfast which we were trying to avoid and that people kept leaving doors to the building unlocked. It would have been nice if people were told to lock the door as they come and go. The room was also a bit smaller than expected.

Good: The location was excellent, easy walking to the waterfront. The room price was attractive and on street parking was easy. Not so good: However, there were steep stairs to the upper floor where the room was located. There wasn't any signage indicating which door to enter, necessitating two message to the host to find out how to get in. The door lock was unusual and no instructions, other than the code were provided.

We stayed for the Apple Fest. Room was clean and cozy. Almost right in the heart of downtown, perfect for walking everywhere. Our only complaint was the small fridge in the roommakes a very high pitched/loud sound when it cycles. It was very loud, especially when trying to sleep. We didn’t want to complain or bother the owners since we were only there 2 nights. I’m still giving 5 stars - I’m sure if we would have mentioned it, they would have responded as they responded quickly in all communication prior to our check in.

Pricy for what you get

add applies that it includes a kitchenette but all you get is a bedroom, bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, 2 glasses and 2 coffee cups. You wash your own dishes and strip the bedding before you leave. Beautiful community but a hotel/motel room would be more price efficient for what you get!

Perfect place to stay if you are swimming PLP

This location is perfect for packet pickup and a short walk to the beach on the morning of the swim. The room is so nice with a huge jacuzzi tub, a mini-frig that keeps food cold but doesn’t freeze things and the towels, bedding and robes were so luxurious. I will definitely stay here next year.here next
