This is a newly Townhouse , which built in 2022 . It with 4 bedrooms , each bedroom with one King Size Bed , and private full bathroom .

This townhouse located at Khet Huai Khwang , heart of Bangkok ,only 0.7 miles from BTR (Blue Line ) Huai Khwang station. This area is a new CBD in Bangkok.

If you are traveling with family and friends and looking forward to exploring the new area of BKK and learning about local life, this is the perfect place and we are waiting for your vacation

This Townhouse Built in 2022 , with 4 bedrooms , each bedroom with one King Size Bed , and private full bathroom . If you have more people come , we still can offer travel crib , or air mattress etc. for extra people for you requirement . Just ask ! It is better as before 48 hours before your check in date .

1st floor :
Living room with big sofa set with TV (65 inch ), High speed WIFI and free for Netflix.

Kitchen it is fully equipped with stove, Sink , refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster , and kitchenware

Front yard Patio with 1 spot parking space .


2nd floor :
Room 1 : with 1 king Size Bed , closet/wardrobe , office desk , 1 sofa , 1 Folding Ottoman Modern Breathable Linen Guest Sofa Bed ,attached 1 private full bathroom .

Room 2 : With 1 King Size Bed , closet/wardrobe , sofa , attached 1 private full bathroom

We have the property cleaner / manger maybe will access the front patio ( The parking space ) access to the back storage to provide some supplies , or cleaning supplies .

But she will not access to the townhouse , only access the Yard Entrance Door & parking space . So don't worry when you saw a person access the front yard . She is a native Thai . If you have questions you can try to ask her .

Very nice well maintained unit. Neighborhood felt exceptionally safe and local residents were extremely friendly. Location a little distance from downtown riverfront activities.

Property is clean and easy to communicate with the management. Other than that nothing else is good. Neighborhood is not suitable for travelers. The first morning when we left the house, there was a lady walked out from the property but didn’t say anything about why she was there or who she is. we turned off all of the lights before we left that morning but when we came back around 9:30 pm, all of the lights was on, including our bedrooms, we didn’t appreciate that, knowing someone was entering and leaving at their free will.

Good things: The Neighborhood felt safe. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were good. The apartment was clean. You can park the car inside the secure patio. Nuetral: We should have looked more carefully at the pictures. The apartment is a three story walk up. It is one of three units in the picture There is no bathroom on the entrance floor. Some of the bathrooms are the style where the shower shares floor space with the toilet and sink. Not so good things: The common space is very small. The kitchenette/living room combination was not very well equipped. With 4 persons, it felt cramped. There was no welcome book or guidance in the apartment and it made it difficult for foreigners with a language barrier to figure things it. Challenges: We had two situations that required immediate assistance, and although the owner did respond via VRBO, there was no one onsite to assist. We arrived at night just off the plane and the patio doors were blocked, so we could not bring the car inside to park. It took over two hours for the owner to get the car moved, so we could secure our car and get some sleep. Also, we arrived home on our last night just before dark to discover that the power and water did not work. The neighbors had power, Again, although the owner did respond via VRBO, she was unable to reach anyone onsite to help. We had to go up the street and get two hotel rooms for the night. The owner credited a single night and we had to assume the added cost.
