The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure all lights are turned off including dock and back of house. Make sure bags of trash are taken to trashcan by street with lime colored lid.
DOCK: Make sure paddle boat pulled back on dock and tied up, kayaks on hooks with oars, chairs on dock stacked and tied down, hang life vests in dock closet.
MORE DOCK and KEYS: Pull ladder out of water, raise boat lift if down and lock lift box back up. Please place all keys back on hooks by sliding door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Peaceful bachelorette get away.

Rented this place out for a quiet peaceful bachelorette get away and it was perfect! Woods super market with Weekenders attached just 10 mins away and the views for this price, such a steal! Very clean and organized and everything you would want from a lake getaway 🙂

I can't rave enough about this property! We just spent 4 nights at this property with myself, husband, my mother in law, 2 teenagers, and 2 dogs. The amenities and location were exactly what we were looking for. It was hard to find a home that allowed a dog over 25 lbs, but this property allowed it (we had a small 12lb dog and a large 85lb dog). The street was very walkable for potty breaks and private so there wasn't a lot of traffic. Neighbors were friendly, too. There were common condiments in the fridge and coffee pods available for our first morning. The kitchen cabinets are well-stocked! For our trip specifically, tho- the 2 kayaks and pedal boat were so amazing! It's the perfect cove for peaceful morning kayaking and all day fishing! For the floor plan- It was so nice to unload the luggage from our cars on the upper level and then bring the kitchen/dog items downstairs. The deck is beautiful and large. The landscaping is on-point for the area, too. The home, shoreline, and water areas were very clean and inviting! I can't rave enough about our first experience at the Ozarks - because our "home base" was so perfect for us!

Great week

The five of us, plus Hazel the dog had a wonderful time. The cove is just off the main channel far enough that it is somewhat sheltered, but traffic can be easily seen on the channel. We spent lazy days on the dock and in the water or enjoyable hours on the kayaks exploring the cove and more.

First lake vaca

Great house at an awesome location! Located in the middle of everything, Captain Ron’s, Cave Bar, Bear Bottoms, were our fav. Renting a boat out of Pirates Point super close and efficient to come and go. Chilling on the back deck and dock with BT speakers installed was very relaxing too. I would stay here again. Thanks Laura!
