My family and I were really disappointed. The plan was 3 rooms for 3 families for 2 days, but only 2 families went. All the rooms were dirty. The maintenance was not good and you could see this in the entire hotel. For instance, the toilets were running water non stop. There were holes in the bathroom doors (we used toilet paper to cover them). One room smelled aweful (like cigarettes and wet mop), this is the room we didn't use. Too keep this short, I don't recommend. The area didn't seem safe, we stayed at the Quality Inn next door and there were prostitutes and that had bulletproof glass. There are a lot of hotels in the area, so I recommend going and staying somewhere else. We traveled for 10 days and we learned that the Comfort Inn hotels were a reasonable price and always very clean. From here on out its Comfort Inn hotels for us. I don't have pictures, but I was happy that the receptionist spoke spanish, I did let him know about the issues because I didn't want to be charged all the things wrong with hotel. We only slept in them, as the rest of the day we were out in the city.
