About this property

Our apartment is located in DownTown Akureyri, the Capital of the North. The main street is just few steps away with all the shops, bars and restaurants that Akureyri has to offer.

Our apartment is in a building from 1903, the house has 4 floors, our apartment is on the 1st floor. We have two bedrooms, the master bedroom has king size bed ( 180x200 ). The second bedroom has Bunk Bed with lower level with double bed ( 140x200 cm ) and upper level with single bed ( 90x200 cm ). In the living room we have nice sleeping sofa that opens into double bed ( 140x200 cm ). Then we have two single beds ( Foldable beds ) that can be placed in the Master bedroom or living room. We have 55" smart TV where you can play Netflix, Viaplay, Amazon Prime, Spotify, Youtube and more.
Our kitchen if fully loaded with everything you need. We offer coffee ( Dolce Gusto ) and tea.
In the entrance of the apartment we have laundry room where we have washing machine and dryer.

This is rare gem in the heart of the capital of the North.

We have a baby crib and a highchair if needed.

We provide linen, towels, and soap etc.

We manage over 100 properties in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and a few outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. We also offer long term rent.

Great apartment, great location

Great apartment at a perfect location in downtown Akureyri. Inside the aparment was newly renovated and nice and everything worked smoothly, but the house looks bad on the outside and does not look appealing.

Great place and great location

Really enjoyed our stay this very centrally located apartment in Arukeryi. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable for our family of 4. Communication was great and instructions were clear. I highly recommend.

Close enough to walk everywhere but enough removed to not be next to bars - great renovated interior had plenty of space and equipment to make dinner for four twice!

Great place. A tad weather beaten on the outside but never judge a book by its cover. The apartment is gorgeous, spacious and well stocked with what is needed with regards to supplies. The location is #1 and the shower (thoughh a bit tight) pressure is the best !!! Great stay, great host....very enjoyable time.

We were not impressed with the lock on the door - very hard to exit. Also condition of the entrance was not in good shape with missing spindles - difficult to manage for an elderly person. Overall very nice, clean
