Beautiful view of the golf course from both lanais! This home has 3BR and 2BA, in The Village of Santiago . Enjoy many activities The Villages has to offer: golf, pickleball, swimming in the various pools, or simply enjoying a stroll through the neighborhood. Cruise to the town squares in the golf cart, eat at various restaurants, visit many country clubs, go shopping, or just listen to the fabulous nightly live music in the squares - every night!

Village of Santiago.

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.


THIS IS A PET FREE PROPERTY!

Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)

Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date

Please note that the fridge in this house does NOT make ice. Please plan to bring you own ice!

Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickle ball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.

Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; And Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.

Smoking: No smoking or vaping on the premises. Violation will result in a $1,000 charge per incidence of smoking or vaping in/on the property, and your stay will be terminated.

Pets: We do not allow pets at this property.

Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.

Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.

No Golf Cart Provided.

This is an extremely well cared for Home. That is perfect for larger groups. The location is easy. The furnishings are quality. The only issue I had was figuring out the thermostat, but in the whole scheme of things, it was a great find!

My sisters were celebrating a birthday with a sister living in the Villages. This home was perfect. Plenty of space to spread out, golf course view, good location. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property that is spacious and next to golf course for viewing. A couple of suggestions..... provide pool/beach towels for your guests and instructions on your TVs and how to access movies.

Over all, enjoyed the stay. The linens were very warn out, the towels provided were very warn. New towels and bed linen is needed badly and I hope this is improved for next year.

The house is immaculate! The view of the golf course out back doesn’t do justice with pictures. The water pressure for the showers was strong and I love that. I wish I brought a map of the golf course paths. I got lost a few times, my fault though.

Perfect Family Reunion

This beautiful home was a perfect place for our extended family to stay while attending a family reunion with our sister who lives in The Villages. The staff members managing the property were very helpful and quick to respond to questions. There was plenty of room for our extended family of 7. The home had family games, many amenities and beach towels available, which made our stay even better. Our vacation revolved around visiting with family we had not seen for a long time, but if we would return, we could take advantage of the golf course! It was great to watch them play in “the back yard”. We enjoyed having a pass to the many pools and activities in the Villages. A perfect stay!

Ohmygosh! This property is amazing. So very nicely decorated, so very clean and was so convenient to all the places we needed to go in The Villages while we were there. It was vey comfortable for four adults. Only great things to say about A Hole in One. The only suggestion I might give would be an upgrade to the secondary bathroom towels. Maybe larger ones. And to I would like to notify management that one of the recliners have a broken controls box. This property over all is delightful. And I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for making it so nice.
