Beautiful Historic Home in Town - Now Booking 23/24 for whole winter season

Our home is now open for the 23/24 winter season! Nightly bookings Sep-Dec 15th with a 2-night minimum. Accepting seasonal inquiries only at this time from Dec 15th-April 15th. $20000 plus utilities!

Our home is a beautiful historic home located within walking distance from town and close to the mountain shuttle stop. Sunday River is 6 miles away and Mt. Abram is 7 miles away. Our house includes a shared hot tub, outside bar area and fire table. We also have off street parking! Perfect house for a family that enjoys spending their winter in the mountains.

Across the street from the Bethel Inn, which has a heated pool and fitness center that are available for a fee (contact Bethel Inn guest services if interested as access and fees are subject to change).

We have lived in Maine for over 30 years and enjoy all it has to offer, including boating in the summer and skiing in the winter. I enjoy hosting as it offers us a chance to allow other people to enjoy the beauty and adventure in Maine.

This home has been in our family for over 20 years and we grew up coming here with the kids during the winter and spending the weekends skiing at Sunday River.
