Brand New Renovation! Check out our 5 Star Ratings on our other homes! Beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath rental steps from the Missouri river with 3 floors of living space. Main level features a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, dining space for up to 10 people, a full bathroom, and patio overlooking the Missouri river with seating for 10. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms: 3 with king beds and 1 with a queen. 2 of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and there is a a full hall bath with double bowl sink. There is also a sectional in the living room with a queen sleeper sofa. The basement level features a sitting area with fireplace, bar area with an additional fridge, additional living room and game area, as well as another patio level with a hammock and hammock chairs to relax in.
This house has plenty of space to spread out and hang out in, but also has a great location should you want to get out and explore! Only 10 minutes from Blumenhof winery, 15 minutes to Augusta and Triple 3 Vineyard, 1 mile to downtown Washington bars and restaurants, and steps from the walkway to the bridge leading over the Missouri River.
The home offers 6 parking spots for average-sized vehicles, contactless check-in, and Roku (no cable) TV for guests to log in to their favorite streaming sites.

Beautiful House & Location

Our group had a wonderful weekend stay at the Riverview Guesthouse! House was spacious with comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms, ample parking, and great views of the river from both deck and patio. Hosts made the check-in and check-out process easy and quickly responded to any questions we had during the stay.

Beautiful House!!

This place was awesome!! It was beautiful inside, huge, comfy and fabulous!! Loved the location and the back porches were great too!! If you stay here, you won’t be disappointed.
