This is an outstanding home for people with larger dogs because it has a 6' fenced yard. The house is charming, beautifully appointed, with a very well stocked kitchen for cooking in and very comfortable beds. The owner is very gracious and responsive as well, so all 3 of us had a wonderful visit for the week.

Family Thanksgiving

This was our second year renting this home to host our family for Thanksgiving. It is a great location with plenty of room to host a large family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare a whole Thanksgiving meal. Looking forward to returning next year.

Amazing hidden gem

To put it mildly, this is the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Everything about it was wonderful and stressless. The location was ideal for all the things you would want to do in the Washington area. On top of that, the property is beautiful, well maintained, and nicely appointed.

We chose this VRBO because of location to downtown. It’s a short walk to the Riverfront where we celebrated my daughter’s birthday. Pictures didn’t do this property justice! We loved how beautifully decorated it is!

Great stay in Washington, MO!

The house was very clean & exactly as described. Had all the amenities we needed for our group of 8. The host was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival and we had no issues during our stay. It was an easy walk to downtown which we took advantage of daily. Thanks for a great stay! Katy Trail stay at the Vitality Retreat

The house was beautiful and had 3 bedrooms with en suite bath and one more bedroom and bath. This was great for a group of 6 adults. We relaxed in the backyard and could have grilled out if we had wanted to do so. Lots of dishes and kitchen items. The home was very clean. The host was very responsive and accommodating! We would love to stay here again!!

Long Weekend in Washington

Our weekend in Washington, Missouri, for a family wedding was made perfect by the stunning and immaculate house we stayed in. Sibling Reunion

With all 7 of us adults in our 60's, we had a wonderful time reminiscing, laughing about past stories and sharing the blessings and challenges of getting older. This house provided the adequate areas we needed for privacy and family visiting. The house was beautiful and very clean. National Specialty

We stayed here for our National Specialty at Purina. Katie has done an amazing and thoughtful job of restoring this beautiful house. It is a home away from home as it has everything that you could even think that you needed, and made for a very comfortable stay. The bathrooms have wicked fluffy towels, beautiful tubs and shampoo, conditioner and bath gel in each of the bathrooms. The backyard is so comfy and fully fenced. Several of us said we wished we could live there, that is how awesome this place is.

Fantastic Place to Stay in Washington, MO

This property was a perfect fit for a gathering of family from across the US (AZ, NV, KY, and TX) that came together for birthday celebration in Labadie. Since one of us has some mobility issues it was great that one of the bedrooms and bathroom was on the first floor. Having a bathroom for each bedroom worked out great. Everyone thought the place was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for the breakfasts we cooked. I would highly recommend this place to my friends.and family.

Fantastic House

We spent the weekend at this house for a family wedding. It was perfect. We've stayed at a lot of VRBO's......i was so impressed...not only was it perfectly decorated and super clean but the owner has paid attention to the little things...like the towel and linens were really high quality. There was creamer for my coffee and a bottle of local wine waiting for us when we arrived. The location was great...it was within walking distance of many restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
