Nice house inside - outside lanai/pool area a disaster
I would not recommend this property. Upon check-in we found the house to be in immaculate condition on the INSIDE. Online pictures represent exactly what the house looks like INSIDE. Very clean, spacious and well appointed kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Towels need to be replaced.
Outside lanai was filthy in every aspect. Grill was disgustingly dirty. Black mold was everywhere on the deck. Weeds were growing up in the cracks. Pool water level was extremely low and wasn’t heated as stated in the listing. Pool was very dirty and appeared to haven't been cleaned in a long time. Property manager sent someone out to clean the grill and pool company to address the pool. We had to clean the lanai and all seating ourselves and were given X amount of dollars for this inconvenience. We had the water analyzed at a local pool company and found the chlorine level to be 0 and pH and Alkalinity were extremely low.
In one of the primary bathrooms there were no working electrical outlets and they were never fixed.
Property manager never came to the property but left us to deal with pool company and electrician when they were sent out.
We left a week early from our 1 month stay and management refused any reimbursement for that week because the pool wasn't to "our" standards. Once she was told we were leaving early she sent someone out to clean the pool that same day.
Not a place to stay if looking for a pool.
