Limited parking, place was not really clean. Charged my card an extra $47 despite met evidence of the original quote. I requested the $47.40 be refunded after providing a screenshot of the original rallies quote at the time of booking. Despite this whoever was messaging me just replied that it was a credit card processing fee. Be careful of renting from these people they are unethical.

Work

Me and 2 other’s were staying in Houston to do hurricane claims for the insurance companies for 2 weeks. The house was very nice and put together well, but the floor was dirty when we arrived. If you walked around barefoot your feet were pitch black with dirt. One room was missing a remote to turn the ceiling fan on and when I told the manager he was supposed to bring one but never did. I was unaware that the house was on the second floor when I booked it and had to move a lot of equipment up two floors. Besides that the location is nice and I would stay there again if I was to work in Houston but probably one of the other 2 rentals they have there on the first floor.

Thank you so much for your feedback, and for choosing to stay with us during your time in Houston. I’m glad to hear that you found the house nice and well put together, and I appreciate you bringing a few concerns to our attention. I sincerely apologize for the oversight with the floor and the ceiling fan remote. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and I’ll make sure we address this immediately with our team to prevent it from happening again. I also understand the challenge of moving equipment to a second-floor unit. For your next visit, we’d be happy to accommodate you in one of our first-floor rentals to make your stay even more comfortable. Thank you again for your feedback, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future!
