Somewhat dissapointed

I realize you have to look at the details in photos but some things you cannot see. The closets were full of kids toys. Closet doors broken. No garbage receptacle in the kitchen. No drying rack for dishes. No dishwasher and only one sink. Grounds are neglected. Best feature was no mould smell and location to Coconut Grove, but right on the Main Street and we do not get the exact address until just before the rental date. Recommend OK for two people but more than that is a squeeze
