- A spacious apartment: newly renovated unit with 4 bedrooms that definitely be an excellent choice for friends, families and colleagues! The apartment is on the 3rd floor.
- Super convenience:

+10 minutes to walk to the MBTA subway.
+ easy access to Fenway Park, Harvard Square, Boston Common and the airport
+ especially there are a lot of restaurant nearby that you can try all kind of cuisine
- Family friendly:
+ With up to 8 beds and 4 bedrooms, every single family member can stay at one place.

- We are very serious about registering the proper number of guests on Vrbo's platform, unregistered guests will be not allowed to stay. We keep the right to check the number of guests staying in our house if needed. We have a security camera system to control this. The house can accommodate up to 14 guests at a time. But we will open the bedroom based on the number of guests you registered on Vrbo.

- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OR SOCIAL GATHERINGS...VIOLATIONS WILL WARRANT IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION WITH NO REFUND AND SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
**NO Parties or Events**, including bachelor or bachelorette groups. Quiet time after 10:00pm. Please be respectful to the neighborhood, no loud talking is allowed on decks after 10:00 PM. Please note, if you are loud after quiet hours or caught having unannounced guests over, your reservation may be terminated immediately at my discretion and you will not be refunded.

Destination Boston!

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the kitchen window is amazing! Very convenient location. We were able to walk for groceries, dining and entertainment. Would definitely recommend. It was spacious and very cozy.

Amazing Stay

We loved the stay. There were enough room for my thirteen coworkers and myself. It was spacious, and Jenny was easy to gain contact with! The property was clean as well! Can't wait to stay again.

Great clean location

Had family gathering in prime location to Uber to downtown Boston, JFK library and the Seaport area. Apartment is very clean and worked for our party of 7 well. Host message states that they open the rooms by number in your party. Two rooms accommodate 2 people each and two have bed space for 5 each. So just make sure that you let host know if you expect all four rooms to be available and open. Host was great to contact and communicate with and did quickly get me the info to open the fourth room for our party of 7. Very happy with clean environment and safe neighborhood. Grocery store close by and never waited longer than 10 minutes for Ubers. This is a third floor apartment with step narrow stairs that can be hard for an older adult to climb. Overall very happy with this VRBO and would return.
