Apartment was as described. Clean, spacious and very well equipped. Convenient for Subway to get downtown. Communication with Helen and Tom timely and accurate.Few local amenities within walking distance. Car parking behind property is tight for a large vehicle (full size SUV) and not always available on street.

This place was everything we wanted and needed for our family group stay in Boston! It’s so close to the train to get into all of your favorite Boston spots! And the owners were amazing and kept in contact with us. I can recommend this home for anyone visiting Boston. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. Thank you again!

We enjoyed our stay here! CleanEverything we needed 3 rooms, 2 bath, kitchen, laundry, and close to public transportation. Only reason I didn’t do five stars was due to beds. Loved the size of the beds exactly what we wanted but the mattresses, pillows, and bedding weren’t comfortable for us. Otherwise everything else was great!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was convenient to downtown and the airport. We found the property to be clean and well equipped. The beds were slightly too firm for our liking, but that is a personal preference.

Everything was perfect and it was a great way to celebrate my daughter’s graduation! Two concerns and I’m really sorry cause I’m in the hospitality field. Somebody needs to clean the under the sink where the garbage is and your creamers were curdled but didn’t bring us down. Thank you so much for a wonderful day.

I just returned from a girls’ trip to Boston. We enjoyed our stay in Helen and Tom’s apartment and would stay there again. The hosts were kind enough to let us check in early so we could store our luggage before going out again. Everything was just as pictured and the entire apartment was spotless. We truly appreciated having a parking place in the driveway as the street parking was always taken. We did have to ask the neighbors to move their car a few times as we came home to find them parked in the driveway and blocking us from our parking place in the back of the house. Thankfully, they moved their car right away.Communication with the hosts was effortless, as they responded very quickly. We had some trouble using the apps on the TV, but Tom was very helpful in helping us figure it out. We also appreciated the bottled water and snacks that were provided!Although it wasn’t a problem for me, a couple of my friends commented on the beds being too firm. I thought I would mention it in case it is an issue for anyone moving forward. I personally found the firm bed very comfortable. Thank you for the great stay Helen and Tom!
