2 - Cook includes professional kitchen with z-line range and 8 person dining table. Two king bedrooms plus futon and room divider in livingroom

3 - Victoriana ups the level of elegance with art and custom carpentry. One king bedroom

4 - Zen is your own private spa with hot stone massage and terrace hot tub. One king bedroom plus queen pull out sofa with room divider in livingroom

5 - Oceana is a 1000 square foot 3 bedroom suite with an underwater theme. Three bedrooms - king, queen, twin beds

The entire property is yours to enjoy including free parking at the onsite 4 car lot. Fully fenced private patio with garden hot tub. Separate entrances to each of the suites - each suite contains lots of similar amenities but different special features

Located adjacent to the famous Holiday Market you'll have easy access to just about anything you need. With downtown Royal Oak only a stone's throw away there's plenty to see and do. Lots of shopping, dining, and nightlife, plus the theaters for music, movies, comedy, and plays, be sure to check for festivals which happen frequently and are a lot of fun!



You're about 1/2 mile to the center of downtown Royal Oak. You can walk to the most popular activities in about 10 minutes including the Detroit zoo, Emagine movie theater, and central downtown.

Great for lots of smaller groups

We had a great time at this property. The only difficulty was trying to find a spot for all of us to gather together. It was an interesting set up but we managed to make it work. Ian was very attentive and excellent with communicating with us!

My coworkers and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The spaces were clean and decently well kept. The multiple kitchens helped us a lot. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Great location and Neighborhood too!

The place needs care

Overall it was a good stay but if you rent the whole place as a group, beware that different suites have different amenities and looks. Good things: kitchens, laundry facility, hot tubs, location, communication with the host. Things that need improvement: furniture - some couches were broken, pull out beds’ mattresses are impossible to sleep on (springs in your sides all night long); cleaning - sheets had hair on them, bathrobes in the spa suite had yellow and brown stains on them, shower curtains were old, towels were worn out, there were dirty washcloths left in the bathroom from previous guests. The bathroom door in suite 1 is broken and could not be shut or locked. Another thing to be aware of is that central air is very loud as the vent pipes are right in the room on the ceiling. The neighborhood is wonderful, though, quiet and convenient. The Holiday Market across the street is a bonus! The place needs a bit more attention to detail from the host to make it a great place for groups to stay. We take this trip annually, and would love to use it again if there are some updates done to the property.
