Tennis courts, pickle ball as well as shuffleboard courts. Sit under the tree and BBQ at outdoor grill and picnic area.

What makes this property unique

From this location you can easily spend a day shopping or shark tooth hunting in Venice or spend the afternoon in the Everglades. It is only about 5 miles from downtown which has many unique shops and restaurants as well as weekly events. It is close to Ft Myers, Bonita and lovers key beach area as well as Sanibel Island, Marco and Captiva Islands.
