Welcome to The Crooked Palm, a coastal two-bedroom and two-bath condo that offers beautiful water views from the private screened-in balcony and is a short stroll to the sparkling quartz-sanded beaches of Anna Maria Island. The Sunbow Condominiums has plenty of amenities to keep guests happy, including two communal pools, a tennis court, fishing dock access, walking trails, and sound access with a kayak launch. The living area has an inviting sectional, a tv, a workspace, and large windows with water views. In the you will find cookware essentials, stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, plenty of quartz counter space for meal prepping, and adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room table fit for four guests. Soak up the water views each morning from the covered balcony with lounging chairs

The primary suite features a king bed, with sliding glass doors to access the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom to refresh your senses in the step-in shower with a rain shower head and a large vanity with dual sinks. The guest room has two twin-sized beds, and the guest bathroom with a soothing step-in shower is accessible from the hallway.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. Anna Maria Island Accommodations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by Anna Maria Island Accommodations. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

No personality condo

First three weeks our A/C was not functioning properly. Multiple notices to AMI Locals who would send maintenance. Maintenance agreed the AC was not working properly. They brought a room AC but it could only be placed in the small second bedroom as it was the only room with a window that could handle the vent. Multiple trips by AC people. Finally they got permission from the owners to replace the AC. It was very frustrating because this is FL and it was hot at night. We live on Anna Maria Island so we know the area. Our home was under renovation so we had to move out for two months. It was only saved by a few short trips we took during this time. Also. We had to deal with AMI’s parent Co (do not remember the name), AMI and the Condo Association. Never again. I wish I had been in the position to cancel before my rental began. Constant reminders to get forms filled out etc. even though we had to evacuate the Island for Hurricane Idalia. I finally think I have figured out that my texts (the way they communicate) were with a computer. That is the only explanation I have for my frustration in having to go back to the very beginning with each conversation as it seemed like the left hand had no idea what the right hand was doing. They did say that a committee would upon our Checking out to discuss compensation for the three weeks. No one has mentioned it recently. I do not want credit to use at another one of their places on AMI. I live on 284 Ft of waterfront.

Loved this place

So glad we booked this rental! Nicely furnished and the screened lanai was the perfect place to enjoy our evenings post-beach day. It was just us and our two little ones for a much-needed vacation week away from home and this condo provided exactly that, a relaxing break from our ordinary daily life. I could tell that the owners really love this home and take good care of it, too. Our bedroom was roomy and had nice beach touches, and the twin bedroom was perfect for our 6 and 8 year old children to share. We used the kitchen daily for breakfast and dinner, while at lunchtimes we tried a bunch of close by island places while out exploring. The condo complex had a pool we could use, and even has a tennis court and a long dock for walking out and watching for dolphins. The whole island vibe is incredibly welcoming and this rental was very comfortable and clean, we enjoyed every minute of our stay.
