This quaint cottage is located "on the beach" - 3007 Avenue F Unit 4 at 30th Street on beautiful Holmes Beach. It is the upstairs unit (1 of 2) with a private deck and direct Gulf views. The cottage is very comfortable and sleeps 4 with plenty of space. The cottage is hidden away on a dead end street away from it all, yet close to shopping and restaurants.

The unit has a large shower, fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. The grounds are filled with exotic, tropical plants and a private guest path to the beautiful blue water and white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island.

There is a free trolley that picks up throughout the day and evening located just one block away. The unit is centrally located between Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria where there are also several shopping areas and many restaurants. St. Armand's Circle, Robinson Preserve, Bradenton's Riverwalk, DeSoto National Park and Ringling Museum all make for great local day trips!

Join us at Holmes Beach for the most beautiful sunsets and experience the tradition of Old Florida.

These are older, charming units built in the 50's that we continually update. Housekeepers clean at the beginning and end of each guest stay.

Can't beat the gulf views and the sunsets....

LEFTOVER FOOD: You may leave unused food/drinks in the kitchen. Please discard all restaurant leftovers. LINENS: It is not necessary to strip the sheets from the beds or wash towels.
RETURN ITEMS TO THEIR PLACE: Return all furniture and décor that was moved during your stay to its original locations, including outdoor furniture. Thanks for respecting our property.

Parking - Located at the rear of the unit. Take 30th Street West toward the beach, then right on Avenue F down the alley.
Pets - Your dog may bark if unattended and must NOT bother neighbors or other guests. Pets must also be leashed at all times. A pet fee is required.
Noise Ordinance - Holmes Beach maintains a strict noise policy after 10pm nightly. Please refrain from gathering on the deck/balcony after 10pm.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect and made it so easy to enjoy the beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed and the property manager was quick to resolve the minor issue we had. We would be happy to return!

My favorite stay on AMI

The location of this place was so convenient to everything. Not to mention the beach being right outside the door. They had beach chairs and towels for my stay and everything I needed inside the unit. It was great having washer and dryer and the thermostat was at a perfect temp all week. I honestly couldn't even tell you where the thermostat was in the unit, I never had to adjust it. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great location with a beautiful view

Quaint beach cottage tucked away from the hustle an bustle of the island. The upper unit had a spectacular view of the beach and sunsets.Communication with the property managers was great!We have already booked again for next year!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Proximity to beach was excellent. Condition of cottage mostly due to age was not so great. Floors were sloping, outside deck seemed very unstable, slider out to deck nearly came off its track when trying to open or close it and definitely needs to be replaced, sofa & chair in living room could use a good cleaning. Since the downstairs apartment is still under repair from hurricanes it was not occupied. Which was a good thing because we would have had to share the tiny, cramped parking space with other guests. We were very disappointed when a van full of workers came to the main house to stay & walk around smoking & drinking beer for the first 3 days of our stay. Their van blocked most of our little view of the water and we didn’t even want to sit on the deck with their constant presence outside.Dan, the maintenance man, provided excellent, fast service when called upon to address our issues.

A little gem by the ocean. Perfect for families. A lovely location within walking distance to everything and a free trolley for the family to take a tour of all the special places on the island!!!

Beach Getaway

We loved the location and the cute little "beachy" apartment but there were communication issues with host etc that led to the property not being ready for occupancy. Some issues were resolved but it left a "less than great" impression.

I have stayed at this place 3 years in a row! It is very clean and easy access to the beach! Great view from the deck of the beach! Property manager very nice and helpful! Would stay again!

Beautiful weather & good food, Skinny's for Frosted Beer Mugs and Cheese Burgers. Ginny & Jeans for breakfast and for dinner, the Blue Marlin (a must ).

You cannot beat this location; perfect sunset on your deck! Unit had everything we needed; a little small, but was super clean. Shower water pressure was pretty low. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location on edge of the Beach

We had a great stay here. The location was ideal for us, on the edge of the beach. Close to the trolley and Publix only a few minutes walk. Communications were prompt and helpful. The unit had character and we loved the deck which gave a view of the beach and the sunsets over the gulf. We hope to return again next year.

Great View

Property was well represented by the listing. Older Florida unit that was clean and in good condition. The property had newer flooring and furniture in the main living area. The beds we’re comfortable. Linens were also in good shape. The local property manager was excellent and always helpful. Will be staying again.

Amazing stay!!

The property was very clean upon arrival and the unit is in the perfect location! Every day sitting on the beach looking to our far left and right were crowds but where we were was much calmer! Raquel was so helpful and friendly with everything we needed. The unit has everything you need for the beach as well. Parking is very tight. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay!

The view!

Location and view! Clean, old Florida charm. Several beach chairs, one umbrella, wagon, pool noodles and cooler available for use for 2 units. Exactly as the photos showed, no surprises. Washer/dryer in unit, we came with only a backpack. I had several questions that host answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot

Overall it was a great trip and location. While we had no issues, it could use some updating. It was a little cramped for 5 people for sleeping arrangements. We realized we need to look for a bigger place next time. However, I can't say enough how great the area and location was! Host was very communicative and assisted with every question.
