Hello Our cottage is a small Cottage that resides on the shores of Lake Erie, with deeded lake access for fishing swimming and boat and splendid views of the lake. It is on a quiet private drive with a fire pit and outdoor space. Small cozy rooms with comfortable beds. A large 8 seat dining area. Jetted tub.
It is located only 5 miles from Geneva on the Lake attractions and Ashtabula Harbor.

Hello We are Erica and John. We live permanently in Florida but we love vacations in our lake cottage in the summer. Our family has vacationed there for 5 generations in the oldest resort town in the country.

Why they chose this property
The cottage resides on a private dead end road with gorgeous views of Lake Erie. Its minutes away from Geneva on the Lake and Ashtabula harbor
What makes this property unique
The cottage is almost 100 years old and one of the original vacation cottages back in the 1930s. It has deeded Lake access at the end of the road for our guests to enjoy fishing swimming and boating.
