Cozy and beautiful relaxing stay! This home is beautiful and was such a cozy stay. The home has everything, books, games, beautiful outdoor terrace to relax on lounging chairs and enjoy the beach. Allowing dogs is an added bonus. Beds were very comfortable. I will definitely consider this rental again! Thank you for a wonderfully great stay!

I WAS SURPRIZED BY HOW REASONABLE THE PRICE WAS. IT WAS AN UPSCALE, COMFORTABLE HOME, RIGHT ON THE BEACH. THE HOUSE WAS COMPLETELY STOCKED & AMAZINGLY CLEAN. THE MANAGER SET UP OUR VACATION HOUSE PERFECTLY & ANSWERED ANY OTHER QUESTIONS WE HAD. I CANT WAIT TO GO AGAIN.

Great home!

This was one of the better homes we stayed at in RP. It was clean and very spacious. Loved the outdoor patios and the casita upstairs was private, and away from the rest of our family. Based on the photos, we were expecting a patio firepit to enjoy the evenings. That’s all the place is missing otherwise it was a spectacular home. We would definitely consider renting it again.

Excellent house

We had a great experience. The house is private and felt really safe. Enormous patios and outdoor space that is elevated, right on the beach. Kitchen had everything, we appreciated the drinking water provided. Spacious indoors and while it was just two of us you could see how easily it could accommodate big parties. Communication was excellent with the property manager and we had all the info we needed. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying here again.

Amazing property!

Wow! This property is perfect for a getaway at our favorite beach. The casita is completely separate on the top of the building above the garage with its own giant deck. The property was better in person. Host was responsive. We come down around 3 times a year and this is the best place we have stayed in. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Vacation Property

My family & In-Laws had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The perfect getaway after Christmas and ending the year in style. The location was exactly what we desired with easy access to the very quiet beach. All of the accommodations were spot on with a wonderful workout gym and a fully stocked kitchen especially the spice drawer. We cooked family meals every night and we lacked for nothing. The hosts Kim & Bernie were amazing and any small issues or questions that we had were resolved/answered immediately. We have used VRBO for many family and friend trips to Rocky Point and other locations. Kim & Bernie were by far the best VRBO hosts we have ever had. I highly recommend this home and we look forward to our next vacation to Rocky Point. Thank you Kim & Bernie
