Wonderful stay for over a month. Walking distance to Old Town was a great benefit. Neighbors were first class. Food choices in the area are abundant. Great host. If we ever get back to Scottsdale, this will be our first choice on a place to stay.

Wonderful gem in Scottsdale!

Clean & comfortable place with a fun retro vibe in a nice quiet neighborhood, but close to everything! After we arrived, we never needed our car until it was time to leave. We loved having that cute coffee shop and wine bar right across the street.

Quaint and Quiet!

Sweet little spot so close to walk into old town Scottsdale. Lots of restaurant options close by too. Spacious place and decorated nicely. Great responses and communication from the host. Would definitely recommend it!

We love to explore the world, but for 2020 we 'made lemonade' out of the year and ventured to our neighboring state of Arizona to see all that it has to offer. Per our friend's suggestion, we explored Scottsdale and it was love at first site! Just this past year we uprooted from California and moved full time to the Phoenix area. We happily share our 'pride and joy' with those looking to explore Scottsdale.

Location, location, location!! Whenever we travel, as well as our current primary residence, having instant amenities to 'all the fun things' is of the highest priority. This Scottsdale residence is no exception. Being one who enjoys exercise and leisurely walks, our place is conveniently located close to restaurants, retail shops, movie theatre and nightlife.

What makes this property unique

Our condo in 'The Americana' complex which is located within a historic neighborhood. This adds a certain charm, in our humble opinions, to one's overall experience during their stay. We tried to adhere to the balance of a mid-century vibe while having the updated amenities. We hope that you enjoy our vision with our humble abode.
