Florida Keys Wellness & Activity Gem

Spacious condo in gated community on three levels allows for community and privacy at the same time. Enjoy the a private Hot Tubs, shared pool, small gulf side beach area and many amenities: full kitchen, washer & dryer, AC, WIFI and my personal favorite: the rooftop with incredible gulf views and private plunge pool!
Marathon is an active town with the Aquarium is .5 miles away, jet ski- and bike rentals, 7-Mile-Bridge, Sombrero Beach, Coco Plum Beach, town Festivals, great restaurants and so many more attractions!

Small and quiet gated community. Perfect location for a family of adults. Loved bedrooms on different floors as it provided privacy. Modern appliances were a plus. Felt safe to walk at night. Property manager was awesome and helpful!

Best Vacation Ever

We stayed a week, there were 6 of us Me and my Sister and our Mother and our spouses. It was perfect. We all had our own space- bed/bath. The elevator was a definite plus. There was plenty of room to be together as a family. The place was very clean we had everthing we needed . The property manger and owner were awesome to work with. Also its location was great centrally located. Spent time on the beaches, deep sea fishing and a couple of days in Key West and Islamorada. Can not wait to go back. Oh and the views were really great we watched the sun set gorgeous.

Lobster Mini Season Trip

Location of property was perfect. Provided many things we needed. It was quiet during the night. It was well located on Marathon and the gated privacy was appreciated. We loved the balconies on every floor. And the elevator was amazing for carrying up luggage/groceries to all the floors. The double hot tubs were so nice. Although I got in to one. It needed servicing. In fact the maintenance guy came during our visit and couldn’t believe I had actually got in it. He said it had green algae. A few things that could improve is overall cleanliness of the floors. Our feet were completely black within an hour of being there. I had to mop the floors twice to get it clean. Which was odd because there wasn’t visible dirt on the floor. It just had a strange residue on it. Also the master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable. Basically sank into it and not good if you have back problems.
