This 250-year-old space has been completely renovated but still maintains its charm through its traditional peg-and-beam construction. You'll love unwinding in our unique garden, complete with a fire pit, hammock, sauna, and much more!

Our one-of-a-kind 2500 sqft 4-bedroom house surrounded by lush greenery includes:

• 1st Bedroom: queen bed and an antique roll-top work desk(located on the first floor)
• 2nd Bedroom: 2 twins beds, ideal for children (located upstairs)
• 3rd Bedroom: master bedroom with 1 king bed (located upstairs)
• 4th Bedroom: double bed (located upstairs)
• Living Area: cozy sofas and an HDTV with streaming services
• Library Den: additional sofa bed
• Kitchen: fully equipped with all necessary appliances and a dining area. As a bonus, we've included a blender, basic cooking products and complimentary food staples
• 1st Bathroom: shower-in-bath combo, hairdryer and toiletries
• 2nd Bathroom: shower, hairdryer, toiletries and washer/dryer
• Outdoor Area: private garden with a fire pit, patio, bbq, hammock, swing, and sauna. There is also a shared pond behind the house

Fall Getaway

The Carriage House is the perfect NY fall getaway experience. Everything was just as described, well-stocked and Amy was friendly and helpful from before check-in throughout our stay. The fall foliage was beautiful during our stay and the backyard included lots of areas to enjoy the outdoors. Inside we had plenty of room to hang with family and friends during our visit. You are close to a nice grocery in Pine Bush and the rolling countryside did not disappoint on the drive to other close destinations such as Angry Orchard. We highly recommend staying here and will be booking again!

Amazing retreat!

A few of us came for a small business retreat away from the hustle and bustle. We wanted to find a place that would feel like a retreat without breaking the bank. We loved the original details on this home, the many spaces to gather and rest, and the private bedrooms that were super dark to sleep. We also LOVED relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. We didn’t have time to make a fire but one more night and we would have! The space was very clean, kitchen well stocked, and it was easy for us to arrive and depart. Would stay again!! Thank you for everything!
