BEAUTIFUL KEY PROPERTY !!!!SEASONAL Monthly Rental only, built in 1990, Big Pine Fishing house is a 2 BR, 2 BA, with a large balcony overlooking awesome sunsets and starry nights. It's a 1200 sq ft canal front home located at the end of intersecting canals. The house is surrounded by the National Key Deer Refuge, great for key deer and wildlife viewing along many hiking and biking trails. If you are looking to explore other Keys, you are off MM 30 about midway from Key West and Marathon. A 26' + boat fits comfortably at the dock, within minutes you are in the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf. Best blue water fishing, s/a snapper, cobia, grouper, as well as all species of pelagic fish and excellent backwater fishing for bonefish, permit and tarpon. Scuba and snorkeling are also a dream at Looe Key Marine Sanctuary, one of the best reefs in the keys, about 4 miles away. Bahia Honda State Park offers great beaches, and several'd boat rentals and charter options. Boat Ramp for small boats nearby or at Dolphin Marina. The house has all the comforts of home, Wi-Fi and HD TV in Great Room and Master Bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, one King and one Queen bed in each bedroom, BBQ downstairs, Close to Key west, supermarket and restaurants.

Porrt Pine Heights House

This house met all my expectations from the pictures. It was clean and well maintained. I didn't have any problems while I was there. Manuel (host) responded quickly the few questions I had. If you're looking for a quiet neighborhood, you'll like it here. The Key Deer are everywhere and they walk right up to you.

Not a house but a HOME

We love BPK. This home is in an ideal location. Privacy, quietness and plenty of deer roaming. The sunsets are amazing from the back porch or walk down the end of the street and view the sights. The home is nicely furnished with comfortable sofas. Ceiling fans in all rooms is a plus. Master shower was perfect. The home was equipped with dozens of gadgets, cooking utensils, grill & dishes. Outdoor seating is comfortable also. Hopefully we can return next year. Manny was a great host.

Wonderful Lower Key Home!

My husband and I spent a month at this lovely home and enjoyed it thoroughly. The home is well maintained and has a lot of new fixtures, doors, etc. The beds are comfortable and the layout of the house is nice. It's in an excellent location, and we really enjoyed interacting with the many key deer on a daily basis! Manuel was exceptional to work with on any issues that arose, which were minimal. The only negative point I can say about this house is the stairs, which make it hard to carry up a month-long supply of clothes, food, etc. (But stairs are required for all these homes near the water, understandably, so that couldn't be avoided.) Overall, this is a great rental home in the Lower Keys and I highly recommend it.
