This nautically decorated pool house is prepared with all the essentials needed to make you feel at home. The home features a large driveway, 2-car garage, private fenced-in pool area, screened-in patio with lots of seating, and a propane BBQ grill. Guests have access to the entire house offering 2 bedrooms with smart TVs in each room, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa and 50" TV, dining room with a dining table, fully-equipped kitchen with a bar and a washer & dryer. Complimentary Pack'n'Play is available.

Dogs are allowed, a one time fee per pet of $100.00 is required.
